- Reo and I began to work with Gregory Bateson who was also an anthropologist
- Reo and I moved to Mundugumor and stayed there fore 3 months, where we saw a belligerent culture
- Reo and I went to Tchambuli Lake where we were led by Gregory Bateson
- Published more books Sex and Temperament in Three Primitive Societies (1935) and Male and Female (1949)
